PASCAGOULA, Miss. — Welcome back to PGSD, Fred Williams - the next Opportunity Center principal! 

Williams brings two decades of experience in education to his new role. He began his education career at Gautier High School. There he taught physical education and coached basketball and track until 2017. Williams continued his career as an educator, coach and assistant principal with Jackson County School District. 

Williams is married to Stacy Williams, principal of Jackson Elementary, and the two have five children.
